FBM 1

The FBM 1 is a universally applicable taping machine for preformed coils. Up to 2 tapes can be processed at the same time, even of different tape qualities. Thanks to different winding heads and side support devices, it is variable to meet customer requirements and can be equipped accordingly.
It can be used to process all common insulating tapes. According to the previously programmed preformed coil contour, the insulation process runs automatically, controlled by the PLC. This means that any program that has been programmed once can be called up again at any time. This means that there is no need to teach the contours again.
In order to achieve a simpler and clearer operation of the programming, the control panel has been equipped with a touchscreen display.
The taping speed is infinitely adjustable, the tape winding head can be regulated in the braking system.
