Toroidal bandaging
Following this text you will find a list of our machines with a short description and a winding pattern. If you are unsure which machine is right for you, simply fill out this questionnaire.
BD 30

The feed is infinitely variable and can also be corrected during bandaging. The feed and winding drives can be controlled independently of each other via the control panel for positioning tasks or loading processes in the tipping area. Using a presettable counter, the machine is automatically stopped once the required tape length has been reached. The newly developed magazines are designed with a locking system that can be opened without additional tools. The handling is very ergonomic and after a short training period, the machine can be operated quickly and productively.

The additional device enables even more rational use of the system. Thanks to the electronic speed control, the continuously adjustable banding speed can be optimally adapted to the working conditions. The machine is equipped with a PLC control with teach-in mode.
BD 60

The additional device enables even more efficient use of the system. The bandage is possible with one or alternatively two supply rolls. The winding ring is equipped with a newly developed insulating head brake system. Thanks to the electronic speed control, the continuously adjustable taping speed can be optimally adapted to the working conditions. The machine is equipped with a PLC control with teach-in mode.
BD 100

This means that optimal bandaging quality can be achieved both vertically and horizontally. Bandaging is possible with one or up to three supply rolls at the same time. During the ongoing bandaging operation of the system, occupational safety is guaranteed by laser protection devices with two functional zones. When entering the outer zone during operation, a warning is given via a signal tone. When entering the inner zone, the drives stop. The tape head is controlled via a PLC control with a servo motor controller. In order to achieve simplified and clearer programming operation, the control panel is equipped with a touchscreen display.
BD R-80

The bandaging takes place via 2 coordinated axis movements (U and W axis). The banding head is mounted on a linear fixture, making setup easy. The ring coil is placed in the middle of the sliding rollers of the ring guide. The entire coil unit is rotatably mounted on a rotary table system. This means that each ring can be bandaged up to 345°. With the help of the continuously variable electronic speed control, the bandaging speed can be optimally adapted to the working conditions. The different bandaging heads and banding widths make the machine universally applicable for these insulation tasks. Thanks to its simplified design, it can also be used as a modular system to create a complete banding system that is optionally adapted to the bandaging tasks.
BDW 3

This makes loading and setting up the machine as well as removing the winding body easier. The individual operating modes are controlled with a PLC. In order to achieve simplified and clearer programming operation, the control panel was equipped with a touchscreen display.
BM 0

The required tape length is separated from the tape supply and the tape braking is regulated using the presettable counter. The setting of the bandaging feed is infinitely variable and can be corrected during operation. The laying direction can also be switched during bandaging. With the manual guidance supported by the mechanical feed, it is possible to bandage even complicated bodies effectively.
BM 1

The standard design includes an electronic counter, automatic band cutter and automatic band brake. With the hand guide (with mechanically supported advance) it is possible to bandage even complicated bodies effectively.
BM R0

While the magazine is being filled, the body is wrapped tightly and evenly from the winding magazine, which is driven by a gear. Depending on the cross section of the workpiece and the band material, the magazine is stopped by an adjustable band brake.
BM R1

While the magazine is being filled, the body is wound firmly and evenly from the winding magazine, which is driven by a gear wheel. Depending on the cross-section of the workpiece and the tape material, the magazine is stopped by an adjustable tape brake.
