The W 60 layer winding machine is an extremely stable, universally applicable machine for winding all types of layer coils, such as transformer, field, apparatus, disk, solenoid coils, etc.

The wire is laid using a servo linear guide unit and is also infinitely adjustable. All winding parameters (winding speed, direction of rotation of the spindle, laying feed, number of turns and coil parameters (teach-in process) are entered via a display operator prompt.

The winding process takes place automatically by processing the saved and selected program. A PLC in conjunction with a plain text display takes over all control functions.
In order to achieve simplified and clearer programming operation, the control panel was equipped with a touchscreen display.
A wide range of accessories enable this robust universal machine to be optimally adapted to any winding task.
Parts at risk of corrosion are surface protected. All drives have enough reserves to ensure the longest possible service life, even under the most difficult operating conditions
