BM-Läufer 1000

The BM-LÄUFER 1000 rotor wrapping machine is a very stable, universally applicable machine for wrapping large rotors with polyester fiberglass tape with very high pre-tension of different diameters. The bandaging machine is designed as a robust welded steel construction for high demands. The rotor is clamped between two center centers, one on the drive flange and a rotating center center on the tailstock. The insulation is carried out by a banding unit with a hysteresis braking device. One continuous bandage or several partial bandages can be placed in different positions. The banding unit is coupled to a band welding device, which precisely fixes the respective band end using a heating stamp. The changing area is secured on the operator side with light barriers or safety fences. The external control panel is equipped with rollers and is located outside the safety zone during the bandaging process. Depending on the workplace design, the other sides of the work area can be secured with protective fences or security scanners. In order to achieve simplified and clearer programming operation, the control panel was equipped with a touchscreen display. All parameters such as For example, the number of turns, speed, feed, start and stop ramp, etc. are freely programmable. The current parameters are shown on the display. Thanks to the electronic speed control, the winding speed can be adjusted continuously and therefore optimally to the working conditions
