W 80

The winding bench W 80 is an extremely stable, universally applicable system for winding all types of layered coils, such as transformer coils, disk coils, cylinder coils, etc. The machine can wind up to six Cu flat or round wires at the same time (in parallel). wind a bobbin (see technical information).Electronic speed control allows the winding speed to be adjusted continuously and thus optimally to the working conditions. The wire is laid using a servo linear guide unit and is also continuously adjustable. All winding parameters (winding speed, direction of rotation of the spindle, laying feed, number of turns and coil parameters (teach-in process) are entered via a display operator interface. The winding process takes place automatically by executing the stored and selected program (20 programs possible). A PLC in In conjunction with a plain text display, all control functions are carried out, as well as counting forwards/backwards.
