W25-VS

The W 25-VS layer winding machine is a simplified but extremely stable, universally applicable machine for winding small layer coils, small transformers, relay coils, etc. Due to the high speeds, it can be used for efficient winding with high productivity despite being easy to operate.

Thanks to the preselectable counter for forward and backward counting in both laying directions, the machine is braked to a slow speed shortly before the final number of turns is reached. This means that the winding is stopped exactly to the turn when the final number of turns is reached. Illuminated buttons are used to display and switch the winding direction manually. The laying feed can be adjusted precisely to the wire diameter through continuous adjustment. The laying carriage can be easily moved to any position using the handwheel by disengaging the laying feed. All parts of the machine are protected against corrosion. All drives have enough reserves to achieve the highest possible service life even under difficult operating conditions.
