DB 1

The DB 1 is a universal ring wrapping and taping machine with a separate control panel and foot pedals. It is designed exclusively for wire wrapping or taping of small toroidal cores, depending on the respective equipment.

Due to the large number of winding and taping heads and the extensive range of special accessories, it is suitable for many winding tasks.

In addition, the winding speed can be optimally adapted to the operating conditions thanks to the infinitely variable electronic speed control. The feed and head drive are coupled as NC axes. Depending on the version, the roll pressure is applied pneumatically or mechanically.

Parts at risk of corrosion are galvanised. All drives have sufficient reserves to achieve the longest possible service life even under the toughest operating conditions.
