RW 3

The rotor winding machine RW 3 is an extremely stable, universally applicable machine for winding rotors with polyester fiber tape under very high pretension and different diameters. After the winding process has ended, the end of the band is fixed using a heat stamp. Thanks to the electronic speed control, the winding speed can be adjusted continuously and therefore optimally to the working conditions. In order to achieve simplified and clearer programming operation, the control panel was equipped with a touchscreen display. The cycle control allows at least 50 programs to be saved. All parameters freely programmable; Number of turns, speed (infinitely variable), feed (infinitely variable), feed direction, spindle position in 100ths per revolution, start and stop ramps.
