The entire work process of the M 602-100 wire winding system is carried out completely automatically by processing the saved and selected program (99 programs possible). The laying feed, direction of rotation of the winding material and the coil parameters (“teach-in” procedure) are entered via a display operator prompt.

The machine winds at a preselected, consistent wire speed. Thanks to the programmable length measuring mechanism with start-up and run-down ramp, exactly identical coils are wound. The wires to be wound are guided onto the spool via a wire guide unit. At the same time, a wire length measurement is carried out. The machine stops automatically if the wire breaks or ends. The material to be wound is pneumatically tensioned between the winding spindle and the counter bearing. The exact wire laying is carried out by a servo linear drive unit. The additional bezel module is recommended for processing very long winding goods up to (1000 mm). The bezel is attached to the wire guide and can be positioned on the respective winding material by loosening the clamping levers. If the bezel is not in use, it can be swiveled upwards or removed completely. Therefore also suitable for wrapping ceramics, hard paper tubes, micanite and mica strips, etc. For example, heating strips and heating coils of all kinds can also be wrapped.
