BM AUSL 1000
The machine is suitable for insulating longer cross-section independent rods and cables. The execution of the mountings of the body and the pneumatic head restraint moving along guarantee a problem-free insulation of flexible lines (copper cables).
The steel frame is the basis for a linear X-axis, which in turn moves the insulating head along the body to be wrapped. The insulating head takes two supply rolls, which realize a sufficiently adjustable, diameter-independent tape tension. Two pneumatic clamping points are used to take up the wound body, one fixed being connected to the steel frame, but the second being designed to be adjustable according to the body length to be wound. On the steel frame there is a support surface for holding the loop coil with a max. Length of 3000mm. The working area of the machine is secured with a protective hood. Furthermore, a diameter-independent, constant belt tension can be set. Insulation is possible in both directions and the number of insulating layers is freely programmable. In addition, the speed of the winding ring can be freely selected. In addition, the tension of the outputs to be wound up can be set up to 500 N.
