BMF-1-S

The BMF 1 taping machine is designed for taping shaped rods. The taping head is supported by a winding head plate, which is mounted on a substructure. The driven feed rollers support the guidance of the shaped coils. This feed support enables a precise overlap to be achieved manually. The taping head enables the tape rolls to be changed quickly and is designed in an open design. The shaped rod automatically runs through the programmed taping directions using two support rollers. The taping head is driven by a three-phase motor. The electronic speed control and reversal of the direction of rotation allow the taping process to be optimally adapted to the working conditions (for example for conical taping attachments and outlets). The table surface is also the winding level for the shaped coils.

Please fill out the following table. Your relevant information enables us to prepare a precise offer for optimally suitable machines. We also recommend sending drawing documents and wrapped samples.
